About AdLynx
AdLynx is an online classifieds platform that enables users to post, browse, and interact with advertisements for goods and services locally and internationally. AdLynx acts solely as an intermediary and does not own, control, or guarantee any listings posted by users.
Eligibility
To use AdLynx, you must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify AdLynx immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Posting Ads
Users are solely responsible for content they post. You agree NOT to post:
- False, misleading, or deceptive content
- Illegal goods or stolen/counterfeit items
- Offensive or discriminatory material
- Content infringing intellectual property rights
Paid Services
AdLynx may offer paid features such as featured listings, promotions, or premium placements.
- All fees will be clearly displayed before purchase
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- AdLynx may update pricing at any time
Transactions Between Users
AdLynx is not involved in transactions between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items, verify the accuracy of listings, or provide warranties or assurances. Users are responsible for verifying information and conducting transactions at their own risk.
Prohibited Activities
- Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
- Collect or misuse user data without consent
- Post spam or unauthorized advertising
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content (excluding user-generated content) is owned by or licensed to AdLynx. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of AdLynx is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your information in accordance with applicable laws in Guyana.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, AdLynx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, or disputes between users. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
Termination
AdLynx reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana. Any disputes arising from the use of AdLynx shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guyana.
Changes to Terms
AdLynx reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
